Infrastructure Administrator

We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Administrator to join our dynamic IT Infrastructure team at our Phoenix office. You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the infrastructure and operational integrity of Windcave’s servers, networks and software worldwide. Your efforts will ensure 24/7/365 uptime for our customers and staff., * Manage and administer Microsoft Windows Client and Server OS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP services.

• Oversee virtualisation technologies, network switches, wireless access points, and server hardware.
• Administer data backups and Office 365 (Teams, Autopilot, Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange).
• Develop and implement automation and scripting solutions, particularly using Powershell.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * Experience with Linux OS, EDR, antivirus management.

• Knowledge of database management, webservers, load balancers, and SIP telephony.
• Familiarity with network security protocols and practices., * A proactive and collaborative individual with a can-do attitude.
• An excellent communicator at all levels.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to continuous learning and development.
