Senior Solution Architect

This role is responsible for driving NetSuite sales opportunities in Products, Manufacturing, and Warehouse/Distribution verticals by serving as the primary solution architect throughout the sales cycle. The position blends pre-sales consulting, solution architecture, and strategic sales support to ensure prospects clearly understand the value of Racette Consulting’s NetSuite offerings and proprietary solutions., * Collaborate closely with NetSuite Account Executives, and Directors + RVP to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities within Products, Manufacturing, Warehouse/Distribution, and other verticals, serving as the primary solution architect resource throughout the sales cycle

• Communicate the value proposition of Racette Consulting’s Managed Services program for customers already live on NetSuite
• Develop and improve on deep domain knowledge of manufacturing processes, warehouse operations, and warehouse distribution workflows to effectively position NetSuite solutions and demonstrate clear ROI to prospects in these industries
• Continuously enhance and refine our proprietary software “RC Apps” and other solutions by gathering user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and working with development teams to implement enhancements that increase market competitiveness
• Translate complex technical capabilities of our proprietary solutions into compelling business value propositions, creating sales materials, conducting training sessions, and equipping Account Executives with the knowledge needed to effectively communicate our competitive advantages
• Lead discovery sessions with prospects, design comprehensive NetSuite implementation Statements of Work (SOW) that incorporate our IP solutions, and create detailed proposals that address specific client requirements and business challenges, including but not limited to: core business process areas, data migration scope, integration scope, change management and customizations.
• Actively participate in sales calls, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept presentations to showcase Racette Consulting customer success stories
• Actively participate and present in NetSuite Partner Spotlight calls
• Maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends to help position our solutions effectively against alternatives, providing Account Executives with differentiation strategies
• Track sales activities within Racette’s NetSuite CRM, report on solution adoption rates and pipeline forecast on a weekly basis
• Ensure a smooth transition between Sales and Delivery, staying engaged with the implementation of projects
• Provide solution architecture guidance to accomplish business requirements and customizations
• Conduct necessary market research to present and deliver on best-of-class solutions
• Provide strategic and practical solutions to client problems and present findings to client and internal teams in concise and clear manner
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager, * Experienced implementing/Supporting NetSuite end users in the Retail/ Warehouse Distribution / Products Industries, There are currently no supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.

Do you have experience in NetSuite?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Expert level advising on all core business processes in line with implementation methodology: Order to Cash, Finance and Accounting, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Fixed Assets, EDI Projects, Outsourced Manufacturing, * Proven track record writing saved searches, reports, analytics workbooks, workflows and configuring dashboards

• Experience with subsidiary Consolidation projects
• Strong consultant mindset, with the demonstrated ability to ask clients open-ended questions and find creative solutions.
• Deep intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to troubleshoot complicated matters
• Professional acumen, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to areas not directly involved with primary responsibilities
• Experience and ability to work in high-paced environments and manage multiple opportunities, * Ability to travel is required, but not always needed every month. The maximum Consultants can expect to travel is 40%., * Bachelor’s Degree: Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, MBA, CPA or similar preferred
• Minimum of 7 years direct consulting experience and/or 5+ years in-house NetSuite Solution Consulting experience
• Certifications: ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Certified Administrator, Financial User, SuiteAnalytics certification (5 strongly Preferred for this level)
• Celigo, Boomi, Zone, NetGain, or other Partner certifications required
• Proficient in Google Suite required

$130,000 - $165,000 per year
