IT Support Specialist (CCTV)

FSA Capital is seeking a hands-on and responsive IT Support Specialist to support daily technology, security, and facility systems across FSA Group of companies. This role is responsible for troubleshooting IT issues quickly, maintaining CCTV/security camera access and login systems, supporting office equipment, and helping ensure building and operational systems function properly as the organization continues to grow., IT & Technical Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, printers, phones, internet, Wi-Fi, email, and office systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, access, and connectivity issues
• Coordinate with vendors when outside technical support is required
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and support new employee workstation setup

CCTV, Security Camera & Access Systems

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV/security camera systems
• Manage camera login access, passwords, user permissions, and system availability
• Respond immediately to security camera, recording, viewing, or connection issues
• Ensure camera systems are working properly across business locations

Facility Systems & Operations Support

• Support temperature control and thermostat-related system issues
• Help identify and resolve urgent facility technology problems
• Assist with operational technology needs as the company expands
• Escalate critical issues to management promptly and follow through until resolved

Compliance & Confidentiality

• Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, patient, and business information
• Follow company policies regarding system access, data security, and privacy
• Ensure all technology support is handled in a professional and secure manner

Do you have experience in CCTV system operation (AV)?, The ideal candidate is reliable, technically strong, calm under pressure, and able to respond immediately to urgent system issues., * At least 2-3 years of IT support, security system, or technical operations experience preferred

• Strong experience with CCTV/security camera systems required
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, printers, phones, and office equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot urgent issues quickly and independently
• Experience with thermostat, temperature control, or building system coordination preferred
• Reliable, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin preferred
