Job description

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware and software issues across shop and office
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft SQL Server environments
  • Enable business process optimization using scripting (PowerShell, VBA, C, VB.NET) and report writing
  • Support ERP (Visual Manufacturing/M4) user needs, upgrades, and training
  • Lead IT onboarding, user account set-up, and ensure high system uptime

Requirements

Do you have experience in Shell Scripting?, * Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Proficiency with scripting/reporting tools (PowerShell, VBA, C, or VB.NET)
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
