Systems Technician

We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Licensed Systems Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and deliver high-quality installations while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot:
• Access Control Systems (Brivo, Kantech, etc.)
• IP Video Surveillance Systems (Axis, Ubiquiti, ExacqVision)
• Intrusion Alarm Systems
• Structured Cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber)
• Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Configure IP networks and connected security devices
• Perform service calls and system commissioning
• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
• Complete project documentation and closeout reports

Do you have experience in Video surveillance?, * Massachusetts Systems Technician (D License) or higher required

• 3+ years of commercial low-voltage/security installation experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and IP-based security systems
• Experience with access control and CCTV platforms
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders and lifts
