Software Engineer

A fast-growing startup is hiring a Software Engineer to help build AI-powered systems that automate complex, high-volume operational workflows in healthcare. This is a high-impact opportunity working directly with the founding team to apply modern AI and software engineering to a problem area that has historically relied on manual processes.

What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy production AI applications and intelligent workflow automation systems

• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Python

• Develop customer-facing products and internal tools using TypeScript and modern web technologies

• Apply LLMs, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows to solve real-world operational challenges

• Own projects end-to-end from architecture through deployment

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems

• Experience with Python and TypeScript in production environments

• Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, or applied AI products

• Product-minded approach with strong ownership and execution skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with significant autonomy

• Own products and systems from day one with meaningful technical influence
