Job description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find solutions? We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to join a growing team supporting a premium luxury bathroom products manufacturer.

In this role, you will become a product expert, assisting customers, distributors, contractors, designers, and installers with product questions, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and post-sale support while providing a first-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide product support via phone and email.
  • Assist customers, contractors, distributors, and installers with product questions, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer concerns while providing timely follow-up and excellent service.
  • Interpret product specifications, installation guides, and warranty information.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Management, Operations, and Quality teams.
  • Document customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Identify recurring product issues and communicate trends to internal teams.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of company products and new product launches.
  • Support internal teams through product education and training.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Customer Support, Technical Support, or a related customer service role.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain product features and installation requirements in a clear and professional manner.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Experience supporting luxury consumer products, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, appliances, building materials, or home improvement products.
  • Experience working with contractors, installers, designers, or distributors.
  • Familiarity with reading product specifications and installation instructions.
