Information Systems Ops Tech

What You’ll Do

• Be the first line of support for employees-resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems, provide solutions, escalate when needed, and document resolutions for future reference.
• Set up and maintain computers, user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Install, configure, and support hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Assist with system upgrades, asset management, inventory, and overall system reliability.
• Maintain a secure IT environment while supporting company policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly IPL backups of the AS400 (iSeries) system.
• Support and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting solutions.

• Associate’s degree in IT (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of IT/help desk support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Windows hardware, software, and network environments.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proven team player.
• Comfortable working with confidential and regulated information.
