At Professional IT Solutions, we safeguard businesses from technology disruptions, cybersecurity threats, and operational downtime.
We’re looking for a Level II or Level III Technician who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and helping build a company committed to excellence.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend your career buried in tickets.
You’ll work directly with ownership on technical strategy, infrastructure decisions, compliance initiatives, and process improvements. Your ideas will matter, and your contributions will help shape how we operate and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Solve complex technical issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, and cybersecurity environments
- Work directly with clients
- Participate in projects and infrastructure improvements
- Help improve systems, processes, and standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video communication?, * Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication
- Ownership and accountability
- MSP experience preferred
- A desire to learn, grow, and help build something meaningful
