Job description

IRG Clients seeking an experienced IAM Analyst/Administrator to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. The ideal candidate will manage user accounts, application access, Microsoft 365 administration, and security requests while ensuring compliance with security policies. This role requires excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment., * Manage user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.

  • Create and manage email accounts, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and mail-enabled security groups.
  • Grant and revoke access to applications, servers, and shared folders based on security policies.
  • Resolve user access, authentication, and email-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support IAM projects, system integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and update security procedures and documentation.
  • Communicate security policies and account management processes to users.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and customers to ensure secure and efficient access management.
  • Participate in security audits and assist with compliance activities.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Account Administration.
  • Experience with user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration.
  • Knowledge of security policies, access controls, and account management processes.
  • Experience managing application, server, and folder permissions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience performing security access audits.
  • Knowledge of security risk assessment and risk mitigation.
  • Experience monitoring and analyzing security systems.
  • Ability to recommend and improve security policies and procedures.
  • Experience identifying security risks related to new applications and systems.
