Business Analyst Planning (SAP IBP & ERP)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Planning to support the implementation of SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT teams, and implementation partners to gather business requirements, document processes, support testing, validate data, and ensure successful deployment of supply chain planning solutions. Experience in demand planning, supply planning, materials management, and ERP transformation projects is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP/Planning platforms.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including:
• Demand Planning
• Supply Planning
• Materials Management
• DFM Operations
• Configure-to-Order (CTO) Processes
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Strong business process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business validation.
• Experience validating data and supporting data migration activities.
• Familiarity with Jira and XRay for defect tracking and test management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Exposure to CPQ and Configure-to-Order (CTO) processes.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in high-tech manufacturing, electronics, networking, semiconductor, or data storage industries.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
