Job description

The Fleet Operations Systems Lead supports daily fleet operations by managing reporting, system updates, and operational tracking processes. This role ensures data accuracy and integrity, maintains operational procedures, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency. The position also supports departmental projects and contributes to initiatives that improve overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily fleet operations by coordinating reporting, system updates, operational tracking, and administrative processes.

  • Assist in developing, documenting, and maintaining operational procedures to enhance controls, improve efficiency, and drive process automation.

  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring operational reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Manage shared inboxes, system requests, and operational inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and effective communication.

  • Maintain tracking records, distribute recurring reports, and proactively follow up on missing or incomplete information.

  • Provide support for departmental projects, reporting requests, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, * 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, systems support, and administrative functions, with a proven track record of improving efficiencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data filtering, and managing large, complex datasets

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $58,000 and $73,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
