Job description

Are you passionate about solving business challenges through data, analysis, and collaboration? We’re looking for an Business Reporting Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll leverage your analytical expertise to drive business solutions, improve data accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and technology solutions. You’ll play a key role in sales reporting, gathering requirements, and helping deliver impactful results that support our business objectives. If you enjoy turning insights into action and collaborating with stakeholders to drive meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you!, * Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs, business objectives, and reporting requirements.

  • Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, missing values, and errors to maintain data integrity and produce accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Maintain clear, continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to align on expectations and deliverables.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and leverage automation tools for optimized data processing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, * 2-3 years of experience in a reporting analyst role.

  • Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Able to analyze data, reports, comfortable presenting in a group setting.
  • Develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges and creatively use data for decision-making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving tools and technologies.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha in a hybrid environment.

PREFERRED:

  • Strong advisor support customer service skills.
  • Advanced experience using Tableau and Excel.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI.
