Dynamics 365 Developer

The company is hiring multiple Dynamics 365 Developers to support CRM modernization initiatives for federal customers. This role focuses on configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in secure, compliance-driven environments. The developer will work with stakeholders to translate business processes into scalable CRM solutions and support delivery from requirements through deployment.

What This Person Will Do

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, and/or Finance & Operations.
• Build custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript web resources.
• Develop Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports connected to Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Design Dataverse data models, security roles, field-level security, business units, and record-sharing models.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, custom connectors, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.
• Support CRM data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and legacy system cutovers.
• Manage Dynamics 365 ALM across dev/test/prod environments using managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, and CI/CD tooling.
• Support Agile delivery, testing, UAT, deployments, documentation, stakeholder demos, and post-go-live troubleshooting.

• 5+ years of application development experience, including 3+ years focused on Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Dynamics 365 module: Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Finance & Operations.
• Strong Dataverse data modeling, Dynamics security model configuration, and solution architecture experience.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript web resources.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI in a Dynamics 365 environment.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, or custom connectors.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 ALM, managed solutions, environment strategy, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical designs.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and non-technical federal stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret, Top Secret/SCI., * Experience supporting federal or DoD Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, or API Management.
• Experience with Customer Insights, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Copilot Studio, or Power Pages.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration patterns involving Teams, SharePoint, or Outlook.
• Experience migrating legacy CRM systems such as Siebel, Salesforce, or custom .NET CRM tools into Dynamics 365.
• Experience with dual-write integration between Dynamics 365 CE and Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with ITSM concepts or federal IT governance frameworks such as ITIL or DHS 4300A.
• Basic scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, AZ-900, or Dynamics/Power Platform Fundamentals.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
