Job description

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the design and development of cutting-edge .NET solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex requirements into clean, scalable code. Your responsibilities will include crafting technical documents and architectural designs, as well as testing and refining various applications to ensure their excellence.

Beyond coding, you will be the go-to mentor for junior developers, instilling best practices and quality assurance. Documenting processes is crucial to our success, as is keeping pace with industry trends and project management methods.

Core duties involve constructing top-tier software, maintaining adherence to coding and design standards, and embodying teamwork. Your proficiency in development patterns will be key to designing and reviewing code, as well as debugging .NET applications. Guiding the growth of junior talent forms an essential part of your role.

This full-time hybrid role offers flexibility, but requires reliable daily commuting to Warren, NJ.

Requirements

Do you have a Master’s degree?, We seek applicants comfortable managing multiple intricate projects at once. A deep understanding of software design and development methodologies is essential. The role demands expertise in the .NET framework and Core using C#, alongside familiarity with Azure technologies and SQL Server performance tuning. Object-oriented programming, threading, asynchronous development, and dependency injection should be part of your skill set. Experience with REST APIs, Web services, and WinForms is crucial.

Additional skills in HTML5/JavaScript, jQuery, and TypeScript/Angular are a bonus. Candidates should hold a BS or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
