Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer / Network Architect with extensive experience in Cisco networking technologies and Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across LAN, WAN, data center, and cloud-connected environments., * Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

  • Develop scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routing, switching, and WAN technologies.
  • Manage and optimize Palo Alto firewall environments and security policies.
  • Perform network performance analysis and capacity planning.
  • Support network security initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Zero trust architecture design?, Core Networking

  • Expert-level knowledge of TCP/IP networking, subnetting, and IP address management.
  • Experience designing large-scale IP addressing and network segmentation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of VLANs, STP, RSTP, and MST.
  • Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Expertise in route redistribution and multi-protocol environments.
  • Experience designing highly available and resilient network architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality of Service (QoS) design and implementation.

Cisco Networking

  • Advanced troubleshooting using Cisco CLI.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches.
  • Expertise in enterprise LAN/WAN and data center networking.
  • Experience designing and managing large-scale switching and routing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ACLs, network security, and traffic filtering.
  • Experience with VRFs and multi-tenant network segmentation.
  • Ability to perform network performance tuning and optimization.

Palo Alto Firewalls

  • Extensive experience configuring and managing Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Expertise in firewall policy design and Zero Trust security models.
  • Strong knowledge of NAT, security zones, and traffic inspection.
  • Experience implementing and supporting site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
  • Hands-on experience with Threat Prevention, IPS/IDS, URL Filtering, and security services.
  • Experience managing enterprise firewall environments using Panorama.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills including packet captures, session analysis, and traffic flow diagnostics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data center networking technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale network environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid connectivity is a plus.
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE preferred.
  • Palo Alto PCNSE certification preferred.
