IT Desktop Tech, II

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Desktop Technician to join our client’s team in the IT support sector. In this role, you will contribute to configuring, installing, and repairing PC hardware and peripherals, migrating data as required, and monitoring trouble tickets., * Perform configuration, installation, and/or repairs of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures.

• Contact end users to define data migration requirements and perform the data migration, if needed.
• Monitor trouble tickets and coordinate with appropriate vendors for equipment repair when necessary.
• Adhere to and enforce facility security measures, company safety standards, and software licensing procedures.
• Assist in setting up PCs and related peripherals for special requests.
• Provide guidance to desktop support teams on hardware-related issues.

Do you have experience in Computer hardware?, * A+ certification or equivalent experience in a PC-related field.

• 2 years of experience in hardware configuration.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with specific software or industry knowledge is a plus.
