Job description

The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company’s computer systems and networks. They will ensure that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly. The IT Systems Administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing technical support to employees. Responsibilities

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitor system performance and ensure that all systems are up-to-date and secure
Troubleshoot any issues that arise and provide technical support to employees
Manage user accounts and permissions
Ensure that all data is backed up and recoverable in the event of a disaster
Develop and maintain documentation of all systems and processes
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Windows, Linux, VMWare
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are desirable.
