Job description

  • As a working student (m/f/d) in project management, you will support our team in the planning, preparation and management of IT application projects from initiation through to completion
  • You will also assist with coordination with internal and external stakeholders; you will help define project scopes, objectives and deliverables in line with the company’s goals. You will draw up detailed project plans (timetables, resource allocation, risk management strategies)
  • You will assist our project managers in monitoring project progress and the achievement of milestones. This includes performance monitoring, resource coordination, and identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track. You ensure compliance with budgets, resource limits and applicable standards
  • You also support project managers in preparing status reports, updates and change requests for internal and external stakeholders as well as senior management

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a university or equivalent institution, ideally specialising in Business Informatics, and/or have a good knowledge of IT
  • You work independently, have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a team
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in project management / project controlling / PMO
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint
  • Good written and spoken English is a given for you
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach round off your profile
