Job description

  • Maintaining a central source of truth: project documentation, meeting notes, decisions, and action-item tracking
  • Supporting stakeholder mapping and keeping stakeholder/ownership records up to date
  • Preparing presentations, status updates, and dashboards for the project lead and steering audiences
  • Mapping and documenting the tool and system landscape (cloud/AWS, multi-tenancy, ServiceNow/SAP touchpoints)
  • Supporting roadmap upkeep and tracking dependencies across modules and workstreams
  • Following up on open action items and flagging potential delays early
  • Assisting with coordination across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams Exploring opportunities to use AI tools and process automation to improve efficiency and documentation quality *

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally at Master’s level, in Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally SharePoint / Confluence / Jira
  • Basic cloud literacy (AWS concepts, APIs, multi-tenancy - enough to follow technical discussions)
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
  • Strong stakeholder-facing communication skills; excellent English and good German (written and spoken) Interest in digitalization, AI-based tools, or process automation is a plus *

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support, a strategic IT tools-migration program. You will be based primarily at our G+D IoT Solution site in Unterschleißheim, supporting the project lead with coordination, documentation, stakeholder tracking, and roadmap upkeep across a complex, multi-quarter cloud migration - helping keep the program transparent, structured, and on track.
