Job description
We are currently seeking an Associate Quality Assurance professional to join a dynamic quality team within a highly regulated life sciences environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming packaging materials before they are used in manufacturing and packaging operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials meet established quality standards and compliance requirements, contributing directly to product quality and patient safety., * Perform sampling, inspection, review, and release activities for incoming packaging materials, including printed and non-printed components
- Ensure materials comply with applicable quality procedures and regulatory requirements
- Review documentation and collect relevant quality data to support release decisions
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate follow-up actions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Conduct additional inspections and sampling activities when required
- Perform damage assessments on incoming materials when necessary
- Provide Quality Assurance oversight of incoming material receiving processes
- Maintain accurate quality records in accordance with GMP requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department
Requirements
- MBO, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- Alternatively, equivalent experience within a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment
- Knowledge of GMP and/or GDP regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with digital systems such as SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage
