Data Analyst and IT Support Coordinator

Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst / IT Support Specialist to provide critical first-line IT support and act as a liaison for our external IT provider, with the goal of reducing dependency on external support over time.

The role also includes data collection, preparation, and analysis using Power BI to support the Senior Leadership Team in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have the technical skills to support IT operations and the analytical capability to turn data into actionable insights.

Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, * Power BI: Power BI certification is desirable, demonstrable Power BI experience is essential.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in providing IT support in a business environment.
• Strong experience using Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with external IT providers and a clear understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and support.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with common IT support systems (e.g. remote desktop tools).
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
