To strengthen our Group IT team, we are looking for a technically versatile and hands-on personality for our international aviation environment.

We are a small but highly capable IT team with a broad range of responsibilities. Together with our external partners, we manage and develop modern cloud, infrastructure, and communication solutions across multiple international locations and operational departments.

This role combines project work, system administration, automation, and support - ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working in a structured way, and driving technical topics forward independently. Aufgaben

• Administration and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 environment
• Participation in IT and digitalization projects
• Providing 1st and 2nd level IT support
• Management of clients, users, mobile devices, and permissions
• Supporting MDM / endpoint management solutions (e.g. Jamf Pro, Intune)
• Creating integrations and reports across different systems
• Working with SQL databases, APIs, and automations
• Documentation of systems, processes, and IT structures
• Supporting IT security, compliance, and cybersecurity initiatives
• Assisting with telephony and communication systems (3CX)

• Broad IT knowledge and strong technical curiosity
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra / Exchange Online
• Good understanding of networks, client systems, and modern IT infrastructures
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Motivation to improve systems and take ownership of tasks
• Good German and English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jamf Pro, Intune, or other MDM solutions
• Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, or scripting
• Experience with APIs, automations, or system integrations
• Cybersecurity or compliance experience
• Experience with 3CX or VoIP systems
• Linux, Docker, or virtualization knowledge
