Job description

The Data Reporting Co-ordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across organisational systems. This role supports data integrity, compliance, and optimisation of reporting processes to enable informed decision-making. The post holder will act as a champion for data quality and reporting standards, working closely with system administrators and stakeholders to deliver robust reporting solutions.

Key Objectives:

  • Reports are delivered accurately and on time, meeting stakeholder requirements.
  • Data integrity checks are performed regularly and discrepancies resolved promptly.
  • Stakeholder queries on reporting are responded to within agreed SLAs, escalating complex issues quickly.
  • Maintain and update reporting guides and documentation based on feedback.
  • Actively seek feedback from users to inform future enhancements and developments.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation of repetitive reporting tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports using system reporting tools.
  • Validate data outputs and troubleshoot discrepancies promptly.
  • Work with System Administrators to configure reporting functionalities and implement enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organisational and legal standards.
  • Act as the focal point for reporting queries, providing guidance and training to super users and local coordinators.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and propose improvements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * Ability to extract, analyse, and present data using system tools and Microsoft Excel (advanced level desirable).

  • Power BI certifications and/or expert and minimum 2 years of working with it.
  • Practical experience with Learning Management systems (Cornerstone on Demand or similar).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for data and reporting issues.
  • Ability to maintain accurate reporting guides and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, using a methodical approach to solve problems., * Previous experience in data reporting or system coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Desirable: Experience with Cornerstone on Demand or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of HR or Learning & Development processes.
  • Desirable: Experience in delivering best practice reporting within a complex organisation.
