Job description

As an IT Technician you will provide support for our manufacturing and internal customers. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for a variety of hardware, software, and network infrastructures., * Provide technical support to manufacturing and company end-users for their hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve problems as needed.
  • Troubleshooting Line of Business and Internal Communication Applications as needed and working with Vendors when you cannot reach a solution.
  • Provide end-user training and support for software applications.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software.
  • Ability to assist remote users at other US and International sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Experience as an IT Technician or similar role.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Experience with network infrastructure
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industries a plus.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to perform regular bending, twisting, and lifting to shelf.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and push and/or pull at times.
