Job description

  • Provide exceptional technical support to ensure the smooth operation of company IT systems.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identify and resolve IT issues impacting user productivity.
  • Facilitate a positive user experience by efficiently addressing technical inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Configure and deploy new workstations for incoming employees.
  • Set up user accounts, email access, and necessary software applications.
  • Ensure new workstations meet company security standards and performance requirements.
  • Implement hardware and software upgrades to existing workstations according to company guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of upgrades performed on each workstation.
  • Test and troubleshoot any issues arising after system upgrades.
  • Provide technical support for employee mobile devices (phones, tablets) related to company applications and email access.
  • Assist with mobile device configuration, security settings, and troubleshooting common problems.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in IT user and group management?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.

  • Prefer an associate degree in a technology related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience with user account management and windows workstation deployment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and insurability.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
