Senior ERP Manufacturing Consultant (Cloudsuite Info / Syteline) Remote in US with Travel

A growing consulting organization is seeking an experienced ERP Manufacturing Consultant with expertise in Infor CSI / SyteLine to support implementation and operational transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients.

This role focuses on improving business processes, optimizing ERP utilization, and partnering directly with client stakeholders to enhance operational performance across manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Infor CSI / SyteLine along with a consultative, client-facing approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, optimization, and support initiatives involving Infor CSI / SyteLine
• Evaluate current operational workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support functional manufacturing areas including:
• production operations
• scheduling and planning
• supply chain and inventory management
• procurement and purchasing
• finance and costing processes
• Conduct:
• discovery sessions and business process analysis
• ERP solution design and system configuration
• testing and validation activities
• end-user training and documentation
• deployment and post-production support
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions
• Advise clients on ERP best practices, operational efficiency, and process standardization, * Approximately 50% travel within the United States
• Most travel occurs during standard business days
• Consultants are assigned based on project needs, client requirements, and subject matter expertise

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * 5+ years of hands-on consulting experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine

• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and ERP-driven business processes
• Ability to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Background

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience
• Prior client-facing consulting or advisory experience
• Experience supporting process optimization and operational transformation initiatives, * enjoy solving operational and manufacturing process challenges

$97,972.37 - $170,000.00 a year - Full-time, Compensation: Base salary plus performance incentives and utilization bonuses. High earning potential for consultants with strong delivery performance.

Pay: $97,972.37 - $170,000.00 per year
