This role combines back-end development on our internal ERP (My Client) with the design and evolution of AI agent systems integrated into our operational workflows. The ideal candidate is technically versatile, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where concrete delivery matters. Develop and evolve AI agents integrated into operational workflows
Maintain and extend My Client’s back-end features and business logic
Build internal REST APIs and data integrations
Deliver stable, well-documented, production-ready code R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
AI agent orchestration and evolution
LLM integration via APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Azure AI Foundry, DeepSeek, LLaMA)
Power Automate automation design and maintenance
PostgreSQL query optimisation and database work
Collaboration with IT team and business users

Requirements

Technical Skills: AI Agents ? Python ️ Azure / GCP ? LLM APIs Power Automate ? REST APIs ?️ Scrum / Git Strong Python proficiency

PostgreSQL and SQL (queries, schema, optimisation)
LLM APIs and multi-model integration
AI agent design: tool calling, context/memory management, flow orchestration
