Configuration Management Team Lead Aerospace near Gilching

• Manage and further develop configuration and change management processes within an aerospace engineering environment
• Ensure accurate, traceable, and compliant handling of technical design and product data
• Maintain and optimize configuration data structures and workflows within the PLM landscape
• Support and advise internal teams in the use of Siemens Teamcenter and related configuration processes
• Coordinate and control engineering changes while assessing their impact on projects and operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management guidelines, procedures, and standards
• Lead and coordinate a small configuration management team
• Support internal and external audits within a regulated aviation environment
• Organize change control activities and coordinate technical data exchange with suppliers and partners

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

• Several years of experience in configuration management, PLM, or engineering change management within the aerospace industry
• Strong understanding of regulated development environments and EASA/DOA requirements
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and ideally SAP ERP
• Good knowledge of IT service and process frameworks, especially ITIL
• Experience leading or coordinating small technical teams
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong process understanding
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in international teams
