Job description
Be responsible for a multitude of roles within the PCT division with dotted line reporting to PCT Supervisor and Process Engineering Manager.
This role will require the ability to do the following functions:

Lead and support Quality Incidence, A3, process improvement initiatives, including trials, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

Monitor and analyze quality and process performance (QA surveillance, scrap trends, KPI (QSC) reporting) and implement corrective actions.

Plan and coordinate testing activities (QA, capability studies, gauge R&R, benchmark, regulatory), and implement corrective actions.

Perform data collection and analysis (e.g., production, rework, scrap), driving improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.

Conduct routine process audits, machine checks, and warehouse inspections to ensure operational stability and compliance. Initiate and track PPS and Internal Audit actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams (engineering, tire technology, external partners) to resolve technical and quality issues. Maintain NAR, FMEA, Control Plans, PoMs, Work Instructions.

Train personnel on process improvements and standard procedures, and provide operational support.

Maintain equipment calibration, sample storage/traceability, and overall quality system requirements.

Ensure adherence to ESH (Environment, Safety, Health) policies, legal requirements, and safe work practices.

Support additional operational, quality, and engineering tasks as assigned by management.

The starting annual salary for this role is $70,664 a year.
