As Manager Assurance Data & Analytics AI Tooling in Amstelveen, you lead AI-driven audit analytics solutions, shaping how audit teams use data and technology to perform risk assessments and generate audit evidence at scale.
Your challenges
- Drive the adoption and effective use of AI Transaction Scoring and Clara AI within audit engagements.
- Act as product owner, defining and prioritising enhancements aligned with audit methodology.
- Support audit teams with technical guidance on AI-driven risk assessment and outputs.
- Lead a team delivering high-quality insights and business cases from analytics tools.
- Coordinate global alignment, SAT testing, and successful tool releases., As Manager Assurance Data & Analytics AI Tooling, you operate at the intersection of audit and technology within KPMGās Digital Assurance & Innovation team. You act as the product owner and central coordinator for AI Transaction Scoring (AITS) and Clara AI, ensuring these tools are effectively deployed, adopted, and continuously improved across the audit practice.
You work closely with audit engagement teams, supporting them in applying advanced analytics to perform full-population transaction testing and data-driven risk assessments. You are the primary point of contact for technical queries and play a key role in translating complex analytics outputs into actionable insights.
In this role, you also lead a team responsible for delivering business cases and insights, ensuring high-quality outcomes and developing team capabilities. You collaborate with KPMG Global and other member firms, aligning on releases, governance standards, and best practices. Additionally, you oversee system acceptance testing (SAT), coordinate issue resolution, and help drive successful tool adoption through training and enablement initiatives.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (e.g. RA, ACA, CA, CPA) with a strong audit background and experience in risk assessment.
- Proven experience with data analytics or AI-driven tools within an audit or assurance context.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work with both local teams and global counterparts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable leading teams and delivering presentations.
- In addition to English, a strong command of Dutch would be advantageous in order to effectively collaborate with local audit teams and stakeholders across the internal teams.
Benefits & conditions
- Gross salary between ā¬5,085 and ā¬5,500 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
