Data Test Lead

Do you have experience in Test automation?, Strong hands-on experience in data validation, reconciliation, ETL testing, and data migration testing. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, with hands-on experience in Lakehouse architecture and data integrations. Proven experience with Azure Data Platform, including validation of ETL processes, data transformations, and migration activities. Demonstrated ability to define test strategies, frameworks, and best practices, while leading testing teams effectively. Strong experience in stakeholder management and communication, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. Good understanding of Power BI, including validation of reporting and data outputs. Solid expertise in Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL Database for data validation and testing activities. Experience in testing across data warehouse environments (dimensional models, large datasets). Familiarity with database and ETL test automation tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
