Test Lead Retail POS (Eyewear Domain)

• Lead end-to-end testing for POS implementations in retail environments.
• Act as SPOC onsite, working closely with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple POS vendors and partner teams.
• Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and UAT support.
• Collaborate with onsite & offshore teams to ensure quality delivery.

• 8+ years in QA with Retail POS testing experience.
• Hands-on experience in Eyewear/Optical POS systems.
• Strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working onsite with client-facing responsibilities., * Retail Domain.

Qualification And Education:

• Strong knowledge of test lifecycle management.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HPQC, Azure DevOps).
