Job description

I am looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to support a global Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for managing day-to-day programme execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project controls across a complex ERP transformation., * Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation activities.

Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks.
Prepare steering committee materials, executive reports, and programme updates.
Engage with senior stakeholders and provide delivery leadership across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate challenging conversations, resolve blockers, and drive decision-making.
Ensure alignment with established project delivery methodologies and governance standards., Key Deliverables:
Integrated programme plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Governance documentation and project controls.
RAID logs, issue registers, and change management artefacts.
Executive dashboards and programme status reports.
Benefits realisation plans.
Post-implementation review documentation.
Steering committee and stakeholder reporting packs.

Requirements

Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
Proven end-to-end ERP project management experience across large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, phases, and delivery methodologies.
Experience managing project governance, programme reporting, and executive communications.
Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience working within consulting or professional services environments.
