Job description

We are seeking a technically strong UiPath Developer with deep Epic and Healthcare Provider experience to join Genzeon, a leader in Healthcare AI and Automation. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that streamline clinical and administrative workflows across healthcare provider environments. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
  • Collaborate with healthcare SMEs to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within Epic workflows
  • Build attended and unattended robots to automate Epic-related processes (e.g., scheduling, referrals, charge capture, patient access)
  • Develop reusable automation components and maintain best-practice coding standards
  • Integrate UiPath bots with Epic APIs, HL7 interfaces, or FHIR-based data exchanges where applicable
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing automations for performance and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews, UAT, and production support cycles
  • Document automation design, test cases, and operational runbooks
  • Stay current with UiPath platform updates and healthcare automation trends

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience (Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework)
  • Strong programming background in VB.NET or C#
  • Solid understanding of UiPath REFramework, State Machines, and Selectors
  • Experience with Epic Systems (clinical or revenue cycle workflows)
  • Knowledge of healthcare provider operations (hospitals, clinics, health systems)
  • Experience integrating RPA with enterprise applications via APIs, web services, or database connectivity

Healthcare & Domain Skills

  • Prior experience in a Healthcare Provider setting (hospital, health system, or healthcare IT vendor)
  • Familiarity with Epic modules such as Clarity, Cogito, Chronicles, or Hyperspace is a strong plus
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance, patient data privacy, and healthcare security standards

Certifications (Preferred)

  • UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA) or Advanced Developer
  • Epic certification in any module (preferred but not mandatory), All applicants must submit accurate information; misrepresentation may disqualify candidacy.
