Job description

Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
Use MATLAB for modelling, analysis, and system validation
Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment
Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices
Work closely with subject matter experts in EW and RF technologies

Requirements

Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
Experience using DOORS for requirement management
Proficiency with MATLAB for modelling and analysis
Understanding of RF systems and interface design
Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
Comfortable working in an agile environment
Able to work onsite 4-5 days per week
Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)
