We are looking for an experienced Oracle JDE ERP Technical Product Owner to join our Supply Chain & Finance IT team. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with a manager-track trajectory - sitting at the intersection of business strategy, ERP platform ownership, and delivery leadership. You will serve as Young Living’s internal technical authority for our Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne platform - owning the product roadmap, driving enhancement delivery, and ensuring our ERP capabilities remain aligned with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations priorities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and our managed services delivery partner to translate business needs into precise technical requirements and high-quality outcomes.

-
Drive modular, phased delivery approaches that minimize disruption and maximize incremental value
ERP Delivery & Quality
-
Serve as the day-to-day internal technical counterpart to our delivery team - review work products, validate development outputs against requirements, and conduct acceptance testing on all JDE enhancements and change deliverables
-
Author precise technical requirements and functional specifications that reduce scope ambiguity and drive first-time quality
-
Lead root-cause analysis on recurring issues and drive improvements to data integrity, workflow efficiency, and system reliability
Platform Knowledge & Infrastructure
-
Build and maintain Young Living’s internal JDE knowledge base: configuration decisions, customization catalog, integration map, and module-level functional documentation

Own and validate JDE integration touchpoints with external systems and platforms including Skava, BSI, Leading2Lean, EasyPost, and Snowflake
-
Review interface design, data mapping, and end-to-end transaction acceptance testing to ensure compliance and financial reporting accuracy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Bridge Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain business stakeholders with the technical delivery team - own requirements gathering sessions, manage the JDE enhancement intake process, and translate business outcomes into technical scope
-
Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making
Global Rollouts & Change Management
-
Support multi-region JDE rollout activities across NA, EMEA, and APAC
-
Standardize processes and drive post-deployment stabilization in partnership with Finance and Supply Chain business owners
