Salesforce Project Manager and Assistant

These individuals will be responsible for foundational project management, risk management, process management activities, roadmap, and deliverables, We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, configuration, and integration projects for our clients/internal teams. You will manage scope, timeline, budget, and risk across cross-functional teams of Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high quality standard.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 5+ years of project management experience, with 2+ years managing Salesforce implementation or configuration projects

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud) and typical implementation lifecycle
• Experience managing projects involving Salesforce customization, data migration, and third-party integrations
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Solid grasp of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, and the judgment to apply the right one per project
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical scope in partnership with Salesforce architects/developers

Nice to Have

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator or any Salesforce certification)
• Experience working at a Salesforce consulting partner or systems integrator
• Background managing CRM, ERP, or large-scale SaaS implementation projects
• Experience with client-facing professional services delivery
