Systems Integration Apex Code Visualforce Information Technology

Job description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning to delivery.
Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and project status reporting.
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate Developers, Admins, QA, and Architects.
Oversee testing, UAT, releases, deployments, and documentation.
Ensure Salesforce best practices, governance, DevOps, and CI/CD standards.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership.
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementations, preferably Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Salesforce development knowledge (Apex, APIs, Visualforce, Integrations, Java/JavaScript).
