Fullstack Engineer

You bring deep experience across frontend and backend, designing, shipping, and running complex systems in production. Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in production environments, with a track record of delivering complex full stack applications end to end

• Proven experience building production-grade frontend applications with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular), including state management, testing, and performance optimization
• Strong backend expertise in at least one established ecosystem (e.g. TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, Java/Kotlin), plus solid understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL), databases, authentication/authorization, and application security
• Experience with modern build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices, and core infrastructure/DevOps concepts - you understand how your applications run in production and contribute to operational excellence
• Strong opinions and practical experience in maintaining code quality, type safety, and architectural integrity as applications and teams scale, including the use of documentation, playbooks, and internal tooling that others actually rely on
• Comfortable collaborating and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, energized by making the whole team more productive through mentoring, pairing, and improving engineering practices
• Genuine curiosity about and openness to AI-assisted development tools and workflows (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) - you see AI as a way to amplify strong engineering, not replace it
