Senior IT Project Manager

This is a senior, high-impact role at the core of our delivery operation. You will take full ownership of IT projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, leading talented technical teams, managing demanding client relationships, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standard that Bright UK IT Solutions is known for.

You will be someone who understands both the technical landscape and the commercial realities of IT project delivery. You will be confident managing complexity, inspiring teams, and keeping stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage of the journey., * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or digital transformation programmes

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones with precision and accountability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and managing expectations with clarity
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, keeping all stakeholders informed and projects on course
• Lead and motivate cross-functional technical and operational teams, creating an environment where people perform at their best
• Manage project governance including documentation, risk registers, RAID logs, status reporting, and post-project reviews
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to support pre-sales activity, project scoping, and solution design where required
• Champion best practice project management methodologies across the business and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks
• Report project performance, financial health, and strategic insights to senior leadership and clients with confidence and clarity

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget

• Deep understanding of IT environments including cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or software delivery
• Recognised project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, or equivalent
• Confident and credible communicator with the ability to engage effectively at technical, operational, and board level
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Experienced across multiple delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or attention to detail
• A natural problem solver who remains calm, focused, and decisive when navigating complexity, change, or pressure
• Experience working within an IT managed services, consultancy, or technology solutions environment is strongly preferred
