Key Responsibilities

- Support EPR data migration activities, ensuring accurate extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of clinical data.
- Act as a technical expert and reviewer for integration and ETL development work.
- Provide leadership and line management to a Data Warehouse Programmer.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, information security, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on experience building and supporting data warehouse solutions and ETL processes.
- Strong expertise with Azure Data Factory, SQL/T-SQL, and data modelling.

- Ability to lead technical workstreams and manage complex integration activities.
Desirable:
- Experience with NHS clinical systems (e.g., SystmOne).
- Azure or cloud certifications.
- Knowledge of NHS data standards and reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong planning, organisational, and documentation capability.
- A collaborative, improvement-focused mindset aligned to healthcare values.
