Job description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong MarTech and digital analytics experience to lead the implementation and enterprise adoption of a digital experience analytics platform (e.g., Medallia DXA or similar).
This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and program delivery, partnering with engineering and business teams to drive platform rollout, adoption, and optimization across the enterprise.
Note: This is not a pure project manager role candidates must have strong technical understanding and MarTech exposure.
Responsibilities
- Lead rollout and adoption of a digital experience / customer analytics platform across multiple application teams
- Guide engineering teams on instrumentation, tagging, and integration approaches
- Drive onboarding and execution across large-scale, multi-team environments
- Conduct platform evaluations and competitive analysis
- Build business cases and recommend platform strategy improvements
- Partner with stakeholders across technology, product, and business teams
- Provide program updates and manage senior stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Technical Product Management
- Strong understanding of MarTech ecosystem and digital analytics

Experience with digital experience / session replay / customer analytics platforms such as:
- Medallia DXA
- Adobe Analytics / AEP
- Quantum Metric
- FullStory
- Glassbox
- Tealeaf (or similar platforms)
Solid technical foundation:
- Web technologies (JavaScript, tagging, SDKs, instrumentation concepts)
- Data and marketing analytics
Ability to guide engineering teams and translate business needs into technical execution
Nice to Have
- Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) tools
- Experience evaluating or selecting MarTech platforms
- Enterprise-scale platform rollout experience
