Job description

Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT infrastructure and software development projects from initiation through deployment.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Serve as Scrum Master by coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and executive leadership.
Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and project health metrics, providing regular status reports to leadership.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage project documentation, change requests, issue logs, risk registers, and project governance processes.
Drive continuous process improvement by promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation reviews.
Mentor project team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management best practices.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SDLC methodologies, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
