Job description
The role is focused on supporting clinical and non-clinical systems such as OnBase, EDMS, EMIS, ICE, DMO and several other systems.
As an Application Administrator, you will be required to support users and colleagues with day to day system maintenance and administration, as well as assisting with service improvement projects and standardisations.
The Digital Services department is at the forefront of exciting challenges facing the Trust, particularly relating to the delivery of the Digital strategy to support the Trust vision and objectives. Working in this environment will provide the right candidate with valuable skills and experience with which to advance their career.
Main Duties include:
- Investigation and resolution of service user requests and incidents.
- Supporting with system maintenance and troubleshooting of issues.
- Assisting with the administrative configuration of clinical systems and peripherals.
- Assisting with the testing of upgrades and updates to production systems.
- Maintaining and enhancing the existing Applications team Knowledge Base documentation and Wiki pages.
- Data entry and administrative system tasks.
