Job description
As a Document Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our finance systems. You’ll support business-as-usual (BAU) operations by resolving user queries, maintaining system controls, and ensuring information flows effectively across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Tradeshift, and Conduent. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to manage system performance, monitor data quality, and support e-invoicing processes. The role will involve troubleshooting issues, onboarding suppliers, maintaining system data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across our finance systems. This is a hands-on, collaborative position where you’ll also help identify trends in system usage, improve reporting, and provide insight to reduce query volumes and enhance service delivery, * Act as a first point of contact for system queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
- Provide support and escalation for finance systems including NAV, Tradeshift and Conduent
- Monitor system performance and BAU document transmissions to maintain quality and accuracy
- Manage onboarding of suppliers to e-invoicing platforms and maintain accurate master data
- Analyse query trends and produce reporting to drive improvements and reduce ticket volumes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and system usage
- Support system updates, testing, and implementation of new functionality
- Create user guides, deliver training, and promote best practice across the business
- Manage and track tickets through the central system, ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs

Requirements
You’re a detail-oriented and proactive systems professional with experience supporting finance or ERP systems. You enjoy problem solving, working with data, and helping others understand and use systems effectively. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders across the business and external partners, and you bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to everything you do. You’re also passionate about continuous improvement and using insight to drive efficiencies.
