Job description

The HR Systems Analyst supports Dayco’s global HR technology ecosystem, combining HRIS administration with analytics and automation capabilities. The role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing HR systems (Rippling), enabling data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving process automation initiatives. This position operates in a global environment and partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and maintenance of HRIS (Rippling), ensuring system accuracy and performance.

  • Support HR data management, integrity, audits, and governance processes.

  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics utilizing Rippling and tools such as Power BI.

  • Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities across HR processes.

  • Partner with HR and IT to enhance system configurations and integrations.

  • Support system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and global data privacy standards.

  • Support global HR initiatives, system updates, and process harmonization.

Requirements

Do you have experience in System security?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of core HR processes.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience working with HR systems or HRIS platforms, including exposure to HR analytics and analytics tools (E.g.: PowerBI).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred). Ability to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of system functionality.
  • Strong capability to analyze HR data, build reports, and generate insights to support business and HR.
  • Understanding of automation tools and workflow design to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Foundational understanding of system security and permissioning (preferably HRIS).
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Able to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions.
