As an integral part of our team, you’ll utilize evidence-based practices such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques to foster growth and independence in the children you serve., * Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles to support children’s developmental goals

• Collect and analyze data on behavior, progress, and skill acquisition to inform ongoing care plans
• Assist children with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence
• Support classroom instruction by teaching social skills, communication, and behavioral strategies in a caring manner
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistency across therapy sessions and environments
• Monitor behavioral health and implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors

Do you have experience in Health information management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), or working with children with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate

• Passionate about working with children and dedicated to supporting their growth through patient care and teaching
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and care plans is a plus
• Strong communication skills to effectively document progress and collaborate with team members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards in handling sensitive medical information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification related to special education or behavioral health is advantageous
