Computer Repair Technician

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Vision Computers, Inc. is currently seeking a computer repair technician with a minimum of two years’ experience diagnosing, repairing, upgrading, and configuring laptop and desktop computers.

Typical duties include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware, including disassembling and reassembling a laptop computer

• Troubleshooting and correcting operating system failures and malware infected computers

• Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades

• Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines

• Installing, configuring and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers

• Diagnosing network connectivity issues

• Experience on networks that allows individual to configure home and business networks is a plus.

Applicants must have good communication skills and customer service experience. Vision Computers technicians interact with current and potential customers on a daily basis. After a training period, applicants should also have the ability to evaluate and implement all levels of computer repairs and service with minimal supervision.

This position will primarily involve working at our Norcross, GA computer location on a work bench, but may occasionally include on-site home or corporate computer support calls., * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Up to $21 an hour - Full-time
