SCHUNK GmbH & Co. KG in Mataró seeks a developer for cross-platform apps in industrial automation, focusing on the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery., * Develop product-related cross-platform apps and applications for industrial automation.

• Own the complete product lifecycle, bridging software and hardware.
• Build and improve development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines.

Conocimientos

Object-oriented programming (Dart, C#, Java, TypeScript) Version control (Git) Flutter and Dart Communication protocols (TCP, UDP, FTP, HTTP, Bluetooth, Modbus, IO-Link, CAN), The Software and Electronics department develops and maintains critical components of the SCHUNK product family:

• Electronics modules for mechatronic-based grippers
• Firmware development, software testing and validation
• Cross-platform tool development (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android)
• Robot plug-in software for seamless integration with collaborative robots (UR, KUKA, ABB, and more)
• All functions from hardware abstraction up to end-user tool features are developed SCHUNK internally, * Develop product-related cross-platform apps and applications for industrial automation
• Own the complete product lifecycle: from user stories and requirements through architecture, implementation, testing, and validation - bridging software and hardware
• Build and improve development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines and test environments
• Derive new product functionalities from the interplay of hardware and software
• Collaborate closely with the team in Mataró and Germany

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with experience in app development and solid programming skills in languages like Dart or C#. • Languages: English and Spanish; German is a plus
